Daniel Lalonde Appointed President of Ralph Lauren International

Ralph Lauren Corporation (NYSE: RL) announced today the appointment of Daniel Lalonde to President of Ralph Lauren International effective January 23, 2012. In this newly created position, Mr. Lalonde will oversee all of the Company's international operations. Based in New York, Lalonde will report directly to Roger Farah, President and Chief Operating Officer, Ralph Lauren Corporation.

Over the past 10 years, Lalonde served in a variety of key management positions within LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton. Most recently, Lalonde held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer, Moet & Chandon, based in Paris. Prior to that assignment, Lalonde led Louis Vuitton's North America division as President and Chief Executive Officer. He began his career with LVMH in 2002 as President of their watch and jewelry division and Tag Heuer Divisions, based in Springfield, New Jersey. Prior to joining LVMH, Lalonde's international career included assignments such as Chief Operating Officer of Nestle Nespresso S.A., in Lausanne, Switzerland and President & CEO of Nespresso N.A.

Mr. Lalonde holds an MBA from INSEAD in France, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors.
